Our facility caters to entrepreneurs, beverage startups, and established brands seeking reliable, high-quality production. We’re looking for a highly motivated, self-starter to act as both a sales representative and an ongoing client liaison to secure and maintain long-term client relationships.
What We’re Looking For:
We need someone with a go-getter attitude who thrives on independence, works autonomously, and isn’t afraid of cold calling to close deals. This role is ideal for someone with a strong network in the beverage industry—or the drive to build one. Beyond securing clients, you’ll serve as a liaison to ensure ongoing client satisfaction, earning residual commissions as long as you maintain the relationship.
Key Responsibilities
Prospect and cold-call potential clients, identifying those who need beverage contract manufacturing.
Present our facility’s capabilities and secure contracts for production services.
Negotiate terms and close deals, acting as the primary point of contact during the onboarding process.
Maintain a strong, ongoing relationship with each client you bring in.
Conduct regular check-ins, address client concerns, and ensure satisfaction.
Actively explore opportunities to grow the client’s orders (e.g., new products, increased volume).
Be the bridge between the client and our production team, ensuring smooth communication.
This is an independent contractor role, but we’ll work together periodically through scheduled check-ins, product training, and team collaboration to ensure alignment and drive success.
Stay informed on trends in the beverage industry and leverage them to identify new opportunities.
Compensation Structure
Finder’s Fee:
Earn a very competitive flat rate per case on the first order for every new client you bring in.
Residual Commission:
Earn residual commission per case on all repeat orders from your clients.
Residuals are contingent on your continued involvement as a liaison, ensuring strong client relationships and growth opportunities.

Qualifications:
Proven success in sales, ideally in the beverage, manufacturing, or related industries.
A self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently.
Willingness to cold call, prospect, and hustle to close deals.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Experience in account management or acting as a liaison is a plus.
